Privacy policy
Short and plain: what this website collects, why, who receives it and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website belongs to Solis Body Club, The Hills Residence Unit 19, Simpson Bay, St. Maarten. We decide how the information described here is used.
Browsing the website
You don’t need an account to use this website. It doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Like every website, our host keeps short-lived technical logs (such as IP addresses) to run the site securely.
When you message or call us
The contact form doesn’t send anything by itself — it opens WhatsApp with your message so you can send it. Messages you send us by WhatsApp, social media, phone or email are handled by those services and reach us directly. We use them only to answer you and help with your visit or membership.
Maps and links
Directions open Google Maps or Apple Maps. The map on the contact page loads from Google only after you tap “Show the map”. Links to other websites are covered by their own privacy policies.
At the club
When you sign up at reception we ask for your ID or passport to register you. Ask at reception if you have questions about how your details are kept.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them — through our contact page or at reception at The Hills Residence Unit 19, Simpson Bay, St. Maarten.
